Are you a job board or a staffing platform?

Neither. We're a staffing agency with our own pool of tradespeople across Texas. There's no software for you to log into and no listing to write. You brief a recruiter, and that recruiter hand-picks candidates from people we've already interviewed and verified.

What does it cost?

One flat placement fee per hire, agreed with you before the search starts. Nothing is due up front, and nothing is due at all if you don't hire. We don't take an ongoing markup on the worker's hours once they're on your payroll.

Question 3

How fast can you get workers on site?

Accepted Answer

We start sourcing the day you brief us and keep you updated as candidates clear their checks. General labor and common trades move fastest. Specialised roles such as 6G pipe welders, licensed masters or superintendents take longer, because we would rather send the right person than a fast one. We will give you a realistic timeline on the first call rather than a number that suits our marketing.

How do you vet candidates?

Every person in our pool has been through a trade interview with an ex-construction recruiter, licence and certification verification with the issuing body, at least two reference calls with former supervisors, a criminal background check and right-to-work verification. Drug panels are run on request to match your site's safety protocol.

Question 5

What if a worker doesn't work out?

Accepted Answer

Tell us within the first 30 days and we refill the role at no extra cost, for any reason. That is in writing in every agreement we sign.

Which parts of Texas do you cover?

Accepted Answer

The whole state. We recruit most heavily in Houston, Dallas–Fort Worth, San Antonio and Austin, and also cover Corpus Christi, El Paso, the Permian Basin and the Rio Grande Valley. For remote sites we can assemble travel crews with per-diem arrangements.

Question 7

Do you place temporary crews or permanent hires?

Both. We staff short-term surges such as turnarounds, punch lists and weather catch-up, as well as permanent direct hires for foremen, supervisors and core crew members you want to keep.

Question 8

Do workers pay anything to join your pool?

Accepted Answer

Never. Our fee is paid by the contractor. Joining the pool, being interviewed and being placed are always free for tradespeople.

Question 9

Can you staff an entire crew rather than individual workers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Full crews are a large part of what we do, particularly for concrete pours, refinery turnarounds and framing packages. Tell us the crew composition and the schedule and we assemble it, including a working foreman where you need one.

Question 10

Do you handle payroll and workers' compensation?

Accepted Answer

For direct-hire placements the worker goes on your payroll and your insurance, and our involvement ends once they start. Where you need workers carried on our payroll for a temporary assignment instead, tell us at the briefing call and we'll structure it that way.

Question 11

How far in advance should we contact you?

Accepted Answer

As early as you can, though we're built for short notice. For a pour week or turnaround with a known date, telling us weeks ahead means the crew is confirmed before the window opens. For an unexpected gap, call us anyway and we will tell you honestly what is achievable.

Question 12

Do you run drug screening and background checks?

Accepted Answer

Criminal background checks are standard for everyone in our pool. Drug panels are run on request so candidates match your specific site safety protocol, including DISA and similar programs common on Gulf Coast industrial sites.
