One conversation, one round of checks, and you stay on our list. When a Texas contractor needs your trade, we call you with the pay rate, the site and the start date already confirmed.
You never pay us a cent
Our fee comes from the contractor. Being screened, presented and placed is always free for tradespeople, with no exceptions and no deductions from your pay.
Work near home
We match you to sites in your metro, or to travel work with per diem if that suits you better. You tell us what you're willing to drive.
A recruiter who knows the trade
You talk to someone who has been on a site, not a chatbot or a keyword filter. If a job isn't right for you, we'll say so rather than waste your day.
Questions tradespeople ask
- Does it cost anything to join?
- No. It is free to join our pool, free to be interviewed and free to be placed. Contractors pay our fee, never the tradesperson.
- What do I need to join?
- Proof of your trade experience, any licences or certifications you hold, right-to-work documentation and two supervisors we can call as references. If your certifications have lapsed, tell us anyway and we'll advise on what's needed.
- How long until I hear about work?
- It depends on your trade and where you are. For general labor and common trades in the major metros it is often days. For specialised roles it can be longer, but you stay in the pool and we call when something fits.
- Will you send my details to employers without asking?
- Never. We call you first with the site, the pay rate and the start date, and your details only go to a contractor once you have said yes.
